Meet the Founder

Maurice Rodriguez is the founder of Cascadia Cyber Consulting, bringing over 15 years of hands-on information technology experience and 3+ years in dedicated cybersecurity roles to every engagement.

With extensive experience securing county government operations across law enforcement, courts, healthcare, public works, and administrative departments, Maurice manages security operations for 875+ endpoints in a hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environment. His day-to-day work includes threat hunting with CrowdStrike Falcon and LogScale, incident investigation and response, vulnerability management with Rapid7, and security architecture for CJIS-compliant environments.

Maurice holds CompTIA Security+ and CySA+ certifications and is pursuing his CISSP. He founded Cascadia Cyber Consulting to extend enterprise-grade security expertise to organizations that need it most — the small and mid-sized entities that face the same threats as large enterprises but lack dedicated security leadership.
